Practice Test and Study Pack Purchases

If you are experiencing issues with the following

  • Missing access code
  • Missing secondary email from practice test purchases
  • Issues accessing the systems or launching the content

Please contact 866-589-3088 or email ptsupport@psionline.com for assistance. Please also be ready with your order confirmation number, the email that you used to purchase the product, the product you purchased and where you are trying to access it.

Note that the secondary email cannot be re-sent. Please see FAQs for more details.

For assistance with products that have a SKU code beginning with "LXR”

You may find your product's SKU in the "Your Order Contains..." section of your Order Confirmation email. Please check the status of the test delivery servers by clicking the following link: http://www.goamp.com/system-status. If you need assistance with your LXR practice test, please contact us at wta@goamp.com or by phone at 913-895-4828.

Study Pack/Mobile App Purchases

If you have purchased a mobile app and are experiencing issues with:
