Shipping and Returns
PSI strives for excellence in all aspects of our business, but occasionally things happen that are beyond our control. PSI will make every effort to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Please see below for further details on our shipping policy.
Products from this store are shipped in a variety of ways from different locations. Orders fulfilled by PSI are typically shipped the same day when placed before 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
For books shipped through partner publishers, orders may take as many as five business days to ship. Partner vendors include: Cengage, Hondros College, Industrial Press, National Learning Center, Performance Programs, PrelicenseTraining.com, TesTeachers, and Ware-Pak. Only STANDARD SHIPPING is available for those suppliers.
PSI makes every effort to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, although there may be some delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that PSI is not responsible for shipping delays due to:
- Natural Disasters (including hurricanes, snow storms, tornadoes, flooding, wild fires, etc.)
- Civil Unrest
- Airline or Carrier Strikes or Closures
For the most accurate shipping information, please continue to check the tracking on your order. Each carrier has notifications available for tracking and monitoring your order. We recommend you add your phone number or email address to receive the latest notifications for your delivery.
PSI ships to US addresses only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For orders which include a PDF download (including those offered by Passbooks), the following restrictions apply:
- The PDF is the property of the publisher and PSI is not able to override any restrictions.
- The PDF may only be downloaded one time and to a single device.
- The PDF may not and cannot be printed.
Purchased PDFs can be downloaded from your PSIOnlineStore account or accessed via email. Please verify that you have correctly entered your email address to ensure you are able to access the material.
For physical products:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The PSI Online Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com or call (866) 589-3088.
Note that all PDF sales are final.
For return of items resulting from a PSI processing error, e.g. you received in error or that were defective, PSI will pay the return shipping costs. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866-589-3088 for return details.

Only STANDARD SHIPPING is available for books shipped directly from from these suppliers. Please contact the supplier directly for return information, they may accept returns of new, unopened items.
Customers requesting a refund will receive refunds within four weeks of the date you ship your package back to PSI, though in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
For practice tests:
Practice tests are a digital purchase. A refund will only be granted if you have not redeemed your access code. If you have already redeemed your access code, then you are ineligible for a refund.

If you are a tax exempt organization, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to notify PSI prior to completing their purchase that they are a tax-exempt organization. If the order is completed and the sales tax is paid, a refund request of the sales tax must be done directly from the state in which the tax exemption reisdes using the State's Sales and Use Tax Refund Form.
