If you have a code from one of the sponsoring bodies listed above and receive a message that the code is invalid, it is possible the code you received is no longer valid. This may be the case if you received a generic code from an organization that has specific test forms (e.g., organizations that don't say Any XYY Test under "If your test is:" in the list above. If this is the case, please contact your sponsoring body to request a new code assigned to your specific test form/version. PSI Customer Care is unable to assign new voucher codes for Certification products.
