CCTC® Practice Exam (PE)

Two versions of this Practice Exam will be available from May 3, 2026- June 30, 2026. Purchase the previous version if testing by June 30, or the new version if testing on or after July 1.

The Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator® Practice Exam is a 50-question online practice exam that was developed to be parallel in content and difficulty to the actual procurement transplant coordinator certification examination. The examination conforms to the specifications of the CCTC® by one-third. The practice exam is 50 questions, while the actual Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator® exam is 150 questions. It is still intended to reflect the knowledge level required of a clinical transplant coordinator.
The PE should be regarded as an assessment tool to measure strengths and weaknesses, rather than a study guide for the examination. A passing score on the PE will not in any way guarantee a passing score on the certification examination.
Once purchased, the PE will be active for a period of 60 days in which you may exit and return to the examination as many times as needed. However, once you finish and score the examination, you cannot retake it.
Upon completion, you will be able to view your results on-screen and receive a copy of your reports via the email address you provided.
To take this test on the web, you must have the following:
• A compatible internet browser such as the current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Other browsers may or may not work
• Cookies and scripting must be enabled
• Pop-up blocking must be disabled
