If you didn't receive an email:

For orders placed on or after 8/15/2023: Sign in to your Online Store Account and click on your order number to access the order details page where you will find your access code(s) and instructions for accessing your practice test.

If your access code does not appear in your My Account details, or if you placed your order prior to 8/15/2023, please email Customer Care at ptsupport@psionline.com or call (866) 589-3088 for assistance.
